1. Top of the World
Number one on our list is the restaurant at the very top of The STRAT’s observation tower. From this height, you’ll get an unparalleled view of the city of Las Vegas and the mountains beyond. The dining room revolves 360 degrees every 80 minutes, allowing you to admire the view in every direction while enjoying your meal.
The cuisine at Top of the World is just as spectacular as the view, with an award-winning menu of steak and seafood delicacies. The restaurant has won the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence 26 times consecutively, so you know their extensive wine list will be on point.
2. Eiffel Tower Restaurant
Yes, Las Vegas has its own Eiffel Tower, located at Paris Las Vegas. This half-scale replica of the famous landmark features a fine-dining restaurant with one of the best views in Vegas. You’ll get a birds-eye view of the Las Vegas Strip and see the stunning water show of the Bellagio Fountains.
Eiffel Tower Restaurant has an upscale atmosphere and serves classic French cuisine with a modern twist. Their mouthwatering signature dishes include a Grand Seafood Platter, Beef Wellington, and Roasted Rack of Lamb. Toast to your Las Vegas experience with a glass of fine wine while being waited on with impeccable service.
3. Rivea
Internationally acclaimed Chef Alain Ducasse’s Las Vegas restaurant sits on the 64th floor of Delano Las Vegas. The building’s location on the South Strip gives it a majestic view of the Las Vegas Strip to the east and Red Rock Canyon to the west. The prime time to make a reservation for is dusk, when the city’s neon lights are just coming on.
At Rivea, you’ll dine on French Riviera cuisine, which melds together the bold flavors of Italy with the refined tastes of France. The upscale renditions of classic French Rivera street food including Crispy Socca (chickpea crepes) and Maple Leaf Duck Breast are designed to be enjoyed as shared small plates. The cuisine at this Las Vegas restaurant includes favorites from Vetri’s Philadelphia flagship location, which is often considered one of the best Italian restaurants in the country. Vetri Cucina offers an a la carte menu as well as an amazing 6-course tasting menu.

If you still feel energetic after such a delicious dinner, head upstairs one floor to Voodoo Lounge, Rio’s rooftop nightclub.
7. Allē Lounge on 66
While Allē Lounge on 66 is technically a lounge, they do have a small menu of amazing cuisine and an undoubtedly majestic view of the Strip from 66 stories up. The sophisticated elegance of this place makes it almost as stunning as its glittering vistas from floor-to-ceiling windows.
Located at Resorts World Las Vegas, this stylish lounge serves a selection of fine and rare spirits, handcrafted cocktails, and a super-impressive wine list (think a page-long list of champagne choices alone). The menu of globally-inspired small plates includes Wagyu Beef Sliders, Big Eye Tuna Crudo, and Brown Butter Lobster Rolls.
8. Top of Binion’s Steakhouse
So far, all of the restaurants on our top 10 list have been located on or around the Strip, but this one is located in Downtown Las Vegas: what’s known as the “old-school Vegas”.
