Best Vegas Buffet

I'm heading to Vegas soon with my wife and will be staying for a week. This is our first trip. We can't wait to try the buffets. If we only go to 1 buffet, what should we pick? We are big seafood fans, but like just about everything.

If I had to pick one buffet with great seafood and overall food selection, I would say the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace. If you can afford it, I also heard great things about the Sterling Brunch at Bally's (only offered on Sunday morning), but never ate there myself.

If I had to choose just one buffet, it would be the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace because of the excellent fish and wide variety of other foods available.
