The Orleans offers 1,426 rooms in two 22-story towers. In addition to the children's pool and movie theaters, the family-friendly resort includes a child-care center (ages 2 and 1/2 to 12) equipped with play items such as a jungle gym, movie room, and a video- and interactive-game arcade. For adult guests, the hotel offers a health spa with a large fitness center, saunas, steam rooms, and six-person spas.

- This restaurant serves Italian-American favorites under neon-bright ceilings and presents the gangster spoof Ba-Da-Bing dinner show in a private dining room. Specialties include lobster and linguine in spicy marinara sauce and veal marsala.
Prime Rib Loft - This restaurant serves four styles of aged prime rib and New Orleans-style jambalaya pasta.
Koji - A long sushi bar and Japanese and Chinese cuisines are the attractions here.
Don Miguel's - This Mexican restaurant includes a margarita bar and features dishes such as red snapper flavored with cascabel-pepper sauce.
Big Al's Oyster Bar - Diners at this casual spot choose from among freshly shucked oysters and clams, pan-roasted oysters, and steamed clams and mussels.
Brendan's Irish Pub - The food focus in this large bar of dark woods and 17 plasma television screens is on fish and chips and other pub food. Brendan's also features 16 Irish and British beers on tap and jazz or blues nightly.
French Market Buffet - Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets featuring seven cooking stations including barbecue, Italian, and Mexican are served here daily. Seafood is featured Monday nights and steak Wednesday nights. Sundays features a brunch menu.
Canal Street - An elegant fireplace greets diners at this restaurant, which serves steaks, prime rib, and other items from the broiler.
Courtyard Café - This 24-hour restaurant serves American, Chinese, and New Orleans specialties such as fried catfish and hush puppies.
Terrible Mike's - Burgers and other fast foods are the attractions at this spot.
Kate's Korner - This is an ice cream shop with an old-fashioned look.
Seattle's Best Coffee - This coffee bar also serves pastries.

Entertainment at Orleans
Entertainers such as Debbie Reynolds, Frankie Avalon, and Bobby Rydell appear in the 827-seat Orleans Showroom. Live entertainment occurs nightly in the Bourbon Street Cabaret. Jazz and blues, along with 16 Irish and British brews on tap, please visitors of Brendan's Irish Pub.
Home to the Wranglers Professional Hockey Team, the 9,000-seat Orleans Arena also plays host to circuses, monster trucks, concerts, horse shows, and boxing matches.
