They say everything in Texas is big and this hotel is no exception. Even though there are only 200 rooms, the grounds are spread over 47 acres. Some of the more amazing things you will find at this hotel are a 60 lane bowling alley complete with a bowling store. Also there is an 18 screen movie theater. Along with all this there is a center for entertainment and concerts. Numerous bars and lounges, some with live music, are right there for your enjoyment. In the middle of it all is a gigantic casino of 125,000 square feet, plus a 236 seat sports book.

When you get hungry there are numerous excellent restaurants and buffets located in the hotel. The guest rooms have been recently redecorated, giving them a nice, bright, feeling of roominess.

What to expect: This is a good solid 3 star reasonably priced hotel. It facilities are often used by the locals. It is clean, well run and certainly worth the money. Three things make this hotel unusual:

• It has an award winning family restaurant, the San Lorenzo.
• The presence of a bowling alley and an 18 screen movie theater on the hotel grounds.
• A child friendly facility called Kids Quest.
