The Hotel
The Residence Inn is a good looking eleven story building made up of 256 Suites. There are a lot of advantages of having a suite over just a single room. When you consider these suites are priced pretty close to a single room, they become even more attractive.
 
Aside from matters of privacy and not having to conduct business next to a messy bed, these suites offer an additional advantage. THEY HAVE FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENS. Toaster, stove, refrigerator, microwave, cook-ware, dishes and coffee pot, it’s all there.

The hotel is most conveniently located. It is near the Strip and close to the Convention Center. There are 20 close by restaurants you can easily walk to. The hotel itself has no casino or nightclub which accounts for its relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. It is a smoke-free hotel.

The Guest Suites and their Features

Studio Suite:

The suites are all of good size. They divide into 4 areas: there is a closed bed room area, a kitchen, a sit down dining area and a sitting area. The sitting area has a work desk complete with ergonomic chair.

You will find the suite well furnished, pleasant and roomy. Miracles of miracles, the windows actually open. The suites have large flat screen televisions 37 or 42 inches, two telephones, clock radios and complementary internet wifi. There is a pull out sofa bed and cribs are available. The bath is more than adequate and has a hair dryer. There is of course air conditioning with personal climate control.

Within the suite is a full kitchen. This includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee pot, utensils, cook ware and dishware.

Insider Tip
Even though the hotel has a grocery shopping service, you may want to shop for yourself. There is a large food market on Flamingo Road. This street runs right by the hotel.


Dining and Lounges

A complimentary free hot breakfast buffet is provided to all guests and offers waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, yogurt, cereals, toast, coffee, juices, etc.  Room service is also provided from 6am-11pm. Sandwiches, salads and more can be purchased from their 24-hr market.

There are 20 excellent restaurants close to the hotel. Here is a partial list divided by dress code. It would probably be a good idea to check if reservations are needed.

Although there is no theater or nightclub at the Residence Inn, you are just a short distance away from the most fabulous entertainment in the world. Shows, casinos, celebrity acts and famous night clubs are all close by.

When it comes to recreation the Residence Inn has much to offer. There is a picnic area with grills to use for barbequing. The hotel provides a sports court which included tennis. Additionally, there is a heated outdoor pool, hot tub and fitness center.

Because of the unique location of Las Vegas, there are various outdoor activities available:
Biking, Fishing, Hiking, Horseback Riding, Jet skiing, Jogging, Mountain biking, Rock climbing, Sailing, Snorkeling, Squash, Volleyball, Snow skiing, Tennis, and Water Skiing.
