They could reel off so many amazing dishes but they’ll tempt you with a few like Braised Lobster with Black Bean Sauce, Crispy Fried Flounder, Pan Fried Clams with Ginger and Scallions and a true specialty of the house, Braised Whole Superior Abalone.

Oyster Bar

You never knew that a bowl of oysters could be so filling or delicious as the ones they serve at The Oyster Bar. It’s first come, first served and worth every minute of the wait. So get in line early and get ready to dive right in.

Start with Little Neck clams that are steamed to perfection. If you’re a seafood soup lover, their Cioppino will knock your socks off. Snow crab, clams, shrimp, scallops, squid, mussels and fish, all blended together in a hearty stew. And don’t miss their savory Creole gumbo brimming with fresh seafood, okra and sausage or their Bourbon Street Jambalaya. It’s the definition of rich and flavorful. Have they started your mouth watering yet?

Here’s the kicker. Everything at the Oyster Bar is cooked to order right in front of you. Just pick your spiciness level (1-10) and watch their chef go to town.
