The Hotel
This hotel is made up entirely of 278 suites. It is located directly across the street from the Convention Center. The Monorail and the Fashion Mall are just a stones throw away.

From the traditional lobby to the pleasant guest suites, you get a sense of good service and business efficiency. There is a feeling of calmness in the air, probably due to the fact there is no noisy casino in the hotel. Another plus for many of us is that the entire hotel, including all the suites, is non-smoking.

Hotel Features
You will find a good restaurant and lounge at the hotel. There is a pool, whirl-pool and fitness center. The hotel offers express check-in and check-out as well as video review of your billing.

The Marriott Suites is business friendly and has a more than adequate business center. There is even a program available where for a daily fee you get unlimited telephone calls locally and long distance within the United States. Internet access is also included. On site parking is free.

The Suites and their Features

The idea of a hotel made up only of suites that offers a separate enclosed bedroom works, because there is something less than pleasant about making phone calls and trying to do business next to a messy bed. So when the price of a suite is comparable or close to that of a standard hotel room, the suites come up as the winner.

In particular, these two-room suites are comfortable and well decorated with vivid accent colors. Their furnishings are modern. They have a king size bed with excellent quality linens, including a down comforter and pillows (foam upon request).

In the living room you will find a sofa with a full size pull-out bed, there is also a usable desk and chair. The suites have individual climate controls, hair dryers, coffee makers, irons with ironing boards for the ambitious and alarm clocks.

Needless to say, they are equipped with televisions offering cable channels, HBO and pay per view. There is both an on site and coin operated laundry, valet dry cleaning service, room service 6am to 11pm and a safe deposit box at the front desk.

Meeting Rooms and Business


The hotel provides meeting rooms for business purposes. There are 6 meeting rooms including a ballroom that will seat 275 persons. A pre-function foyer can be provided. Altogether there is a total of 4,240 square feet devoted to meeting space. A hospitality suite or board room is also available.

An excellent array of business services is offered; Notary service, Copy service, Fax service, Internet printing, Over-night delivery/ pick-up, Parcel-post along with a Full Service Business Center.


Dining and Lounges
Café 325 is on site. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has a lounge. The food is American and the lounge is well stocked. Service is good.

Entertainment and Recreation

The hotel has a relaxing a bar/lounge area. Although there is no entertainment or shows at the hotel, keep in mind that you are very close to the glamorous Las Vegas Strip. There you will find first class entertainment that people travel the world to see. There is also much to do by way of recreation. Here are some activities that are nearby;

Biking, Fishing, Hiking, Horseback Riding, Jet skiing, Jogging, Mountain biking, Rock climbing, Sailing, Snorkeling, Squash, Volleyball, Snow skiing, Tennis, and Water Skiing.

There is a swimming pool and whirl-pool at the hotel. In addition, you will find a complete state-of-the-art fitness center.
