What buffet item is so good that you go to that buffet just for it?
For me it would be:
Shelled Crab Legs (warm is best) with butter and lemon (Paris Buffet)
Sea Bass (Bellagio)
Soups and Carved Meats (Aladdin)

Looking for some good suggestions for my next trip!

Two weeks ago I had the buffet at the Mirage (Cravings). My favorite dish was the noodle bowl with duck. It was made to order, not sitting out there geting old. Very good. The entire buffet at Mirage was great.

I haven't eaten at any of the others, so I can't compare.

I like the Palms buffet for breakfast. Lots of choices and good food.

Tropicana's Island Buffet - BREAKFAST OMELET MADE TO ORDER (TO DIE FOR!!)..... All the other food I could take or leave...... But they have something good going with the Omelets! Give it a try.....Before its gone for ever!

I JUST GOT BACK FROM VEGAS AND I LOVE THE RIO CARNIVAL BUFETT FOR THE ENDLESS CHOICES BUT I LOVE THE MONGOLIAN BAR, YOU PICK YOUR INGREDIANTS, AND THE CHEF COOKS ON THE GRILL, WITH STK CHICKEN AND MY FAVORITE SHRIMP!!!!!!!! I ALSO LIKED THE MAINSTREET STATION DOWNTOWN, FOR CHAMPANGE BRUNCH THEY HAD LOTS OF CHIOCES AND THE OMELET BAR VERY GOOD
