Post Ellis Island

Hello Everyone!
I am going on my first trip to Las Vegas from Feb 25-Mar 02. I just saw a website that had "Deals you have to ask for" and it mentioned a good size steak meal at Ellis Island Brewery. Has anyone ever been there? How is the food?

Thumbs up Re: Ellis Island

Hello, I was at Ellis Island on the 1st of Dec. 2006. - What to expect...
When you go there it will look a little old, a little dark and a bite smokey. But don't let looks deceive you. The staff seemed very friendly. The beer is excellent. A $1.50 got you a large to extra large size glass of 4 choices of excellent beer, now, on to the "not so secret any more" $4.95 steak special. I was with two friends when I went. I asked for the steak special. This is what I got. I got a half decent portion of crispy french fries and fresh crispy, tastey whole string green beans and a steak the diameter of a baseball and about 3/4 of an inch thick in size and cooked to suit (to perfection might I add!). WELL Worth going! A word of caution though. It is an easy walk from the strip 1 block behind Ballys on Koval Lane (but I would not attempt to do this past dark.) Thats just my personal opinion. Hope this helps

The non advertised 10oz steak dinner has gone up tp $6.95 but is still a fantastic deal.
