Just joined today, living in Chicago, get to Vegas about once a year. Been going to Vegas for about 17 yrs, got married there ( yes I am still married) tell people that is the one time I left Vegas a winner, hahaha. Crazy as it sounds we seem to go towards the end of July. Actually have a trip booked for four days starting on July 24th for this year. Yeah its hot there, but who cares as I am in an air condition casino. Ususally stay downtown at the Cal.

I agree Spock, You can get a hell of a deal on hotels right now, but Flights are a different story... Wow they are expensive right now... That is what has held me back. Ontop of that not knowing the future of my job right now (I work at a GM dealership)

That's why this family drives the 1150 miles each way. It is normally the cost for one return airline ticket(note I said normally. This last trip had an additional $4200.00 in repairs)'
