Well not to sound cheeky but any place I am is safe. At night take a taxi to wherever you wish to go from the valet area. If you look for trouble you can find it. Most of us "cowboys and recreational gamblers" hold the female as a sacred charm high on a pedestal with lady luck. Choose when you visit for the type of people you feel most comfortable. I believe Las Vegas has a crime rate per capita inching toward the top ten in America. Most of this is not around the lit areas of major hotels on the strip or downtown. So unless you like dingy corners in darkness you should be safe ...at least from the visitors. I know there is an undercurrent of crime but in 30 years (except for the "working girl" interupting my solitude in a bar) the place is pretty safe.

I have many suggestions but do not wish to put them in print here.

For the miniority who didn't understand my post...I only go to safe places. I have enough drama in my life without looking for more.
