Question Kicked out of a Nevada Casino

We had a big discussion concerning the various reasons, why
someone may be ejected from a casino. Last night, while watching the travel
channel, they had a repeat of a previous show. They interviewed the head of security at the Palms, Las Vegas

He stated to the camera, that a casino may escort someone from the property "for any reason whatsoever", even if the only reason is the person is winning too much money.

Win too much at the table? Under the law, they can kick you out.

They don't like how you varying your bets up and down? They can kick you out. According to the head of security, casinos are considered some type of "private accomodation" under the law and you are on the property at the invitation of the casino.

I just thought some guys with big mouths and small brains would like to know
how the law works in Nevada.

This was sent to me and I thought I would put this thread up for discussion. So comments please.
