Your room comped and slots play.
I hesitate to print this tip because if the casinos see too many gamblers playing this way it might end. However, I believe in sharing some of my good fortune.
Casinos especially love $1.00 and higher slot players (in fact they love all slot players) and fight each other to keep them close. This will take a season or a gambling trip to set up before you get comps for accommodations. At first they will be Sunday-Thurs. only but as you continue you will get some weekends at non-busy periods. Also, in the beginning it will be only 1-2 nights but this too will increase as you continue to play this way.
How to play:
Take a dedicated amount for this play (one hundred dollars should work. Thats what I set aside in the beginning) break the $$$ into 2 equal pots.
First find a *non progressive/multi coin machine*. ( I use $1.00 machines)
and decide on a slot club and casino chain where you like to stay. (ex. The ONE Club) I believe there are six casinos in Las Vegas on the strip.
Take $50.00 and play $1.00 at a time with your slot card in. Whatever you win take it and walk away to another similar machine. (don't forget to take your slot card with you) Put whatever you won from playing the machine back in your pocket. Take the second $50.00 and repeat on this new machine. Take this money won and put it away too. DO NOT OVERPLAY REMEMBER WHAT YOU WANT IS A FREE ROOM OFFER.
It should be possible to do this once every day you are on this trip. I normally lose about 20% on a 5 day trip doing this.
I have been doing this method for five years however, in December 2005 one of my machines hit the jackpot with $1.00 in and won $500.00 (if I had the $5.00 max. in I would have won $2500.00 This was at the Mandalay Bay.
In April 2006 using the $100.00 program on a eight day trip all my rooms were comped but it cost me a loss of $ 60.00 in the machines. The cost of the rooms were valued at $180.00 over the Easter weekend and $150.00 at a second casino downtown. The longer you play normally the more you can lose.

An explanation for the newer readers.
*non progressive/multi coin machine*.
a machine that pays according to what you risk.
each line of winnings can be multiplied by the dollars at risk.
if cherries pay $2.00 with one coin they pay $ 10.00 with 5 coins in
" bars " $20.00 with one coin they pay $ 100.00 with 5 coins in
" "7s" " $200.00 with one coin they pay $1000.00 with 5 coins in
