Actually, we encourage people to check rates with other websites and thrive on the competition. As far as I know, we are one of the only sites that grab rates from competting sources, like Priceline, Travelocity, etc., and just show the lowest rate for each hotel (it makes our search slower, but the results are better). As a result, only the most competitive suppliers work with us, since those with higher rates usually want to be exclusive, which is against our policy.
