Smile The long story about my Greatest Craps Night Ever

I was asked to re-print this here for all to enjoy. You can play pass line with full odds and come bets alone and make fistfulls of money. The question can I remember?

Yes, I can remember. It was about 15 years ago that i had this roll of the dice.

I was in a jovial mood and table had changed to 2/3 full. I was on one end.
(the only spot that I seem to be able to consistantly throw numbers when
everything is working right.) No one was smoking and no one was jerking me
around. I was NOT crowded by anyone. I started to roll and set my first
point. Took the come with odds. Repeated my point immediately. As I rolled I kept making come bets. I hit three nines in a roll and started pressing my come bets always taking max. odds.

I hit my first pass line point a 6 and since they allowed 2 1/2 X odds
on 6 & 8 I took advantage. Soon I had all the points on the table. I was a
little nervous feeling fully exposed to a 7. I hit three points back to back
and had $25.00 flat plus odds working. My come bets were being raised to
$25.00 each flat plus odds. I then settled in and hit six 4 & 10 come bets
in a roll. realized. I was starting to be crowded and the table was full. I
relaxed too cause all the money on the table was the casinos and I had
doubled my buy in of $500.00 I had also pulled in a few suits with the
casino and one security guard who stood with them. A waitress came and I
ordered a drink. The table was slowed down by activity.... I was getting
cocky. I asked for room to shoot and then started jumping up and down to
keep loose and warm like a prize fighter does in a corner. This did NOT
impress the casino bosses so they got me the dice to shoot. I stayed loose and in the zone.

I blanked out the rest of the table noise and did NOT rush but
took my time. The waitress brought me the drink and I flipped her a $5.00
chip.I was now at $50.00 flat plus double odds on all the points which were
raised to $75.00 and full odds were being taken on all numbers as they rolled..I remember the pit box saying to the dealer on my end, "Keep him up with full odds"

The dealers were changed while I rolled three times.

I swear half the casino was around that damn table now. I was getting
crowded but I kept throwing the dice eye level and 2/3 the way down the
middle of the table. I did not set any dice. All was going extremely well. I
was receiving three or four black chips($100.00 chips) each roll now. I
started to believe I was going to roll all night. No red chips left. All
green ($25.00); black ($100.00) and front and back rolls are full. I start
holding twenty-five dollar chips in my left hand to make come bets when a craps # rolls. (2,3, or 12)

I threw the final dice of this roll like all the rest however when the dice
were in the air a don't bettor stuck his hands out with chips over the table to make a proposition bet. He had just arrived on the last point and layed all the
numbers against me. He was pushy and tried to be loud but the table was
louder. When I saw that... I knew we were going to see a 7. His hand hit the
dice and he got his 7. If I had a gun I would have shot him on the spot. I
left $1575.00 on the table after receiving my last come bet. My end of the
table gave up about $4000.00. on the 7. I don't know about the other end.
The "don't bettor had to be protected by security by a co-bettor who wanted him to step outside.

I gave the dealers $100.00 each ($ 300.00 total) and an extra $100.00
was given to a strange lady on my right. (superstitious thing- she touched
my arm while I shot). I colored up and played the next three shooters who
never made their points. I left the table and the casino wanted to buy me
a room but I cashed out and was escorted to valet and my truck and I went away.

I didn't realize how good a roll I had for about the first five years; I now
know and I won't soon forget.
