Exclamation Re: Room Preparations

I would have to agree with Bossman!! ... My wife and I will often go grocery shopping for our week of breakfasts, lunches, sancks and booze.... we usually go to resturants and buffets for dinner. The money we saved in booze and food doing this I figure is minimum 200 bucks.... I will share our last experience shopping.... We were staying at the Flamingo, we went shopping at the Albertsons at Maryland Parkway and Flamingo.... Now.... The issue we had was... Do we rent a car or do we cab it..... We chose to cab it..... what a mistake that was! You would think getting a cab in vegas is easy..... well it is if your at the airport or any hotel.... If your in town and want a cab to a casino... you better be willing to wait! We waited 50 minutes in 114 degree weather.... Our 24 case of water we bought was an 18 case by the time we got back to the casino.... Next time we are do it we will rent a car... 34 dollar a day rental vs. 23 plus tip in cab fees and waiting and praying a cab will actually come... RENT A CAR. so to sum it all up.... is it worth shopping?? hell ya...
